Former ROVE employee accuses company and founder of unpaid wages and token allocation, says app has been inaccessible for a year with user assets locked

PANews reported on October 4 that Amy Street, former ROVE head of growth and former The Arena advisor, posted on X accusing the company and its founder Jason of long-term unpaid wages and expense reimbursements, and of refusing to provide a complete account of her entitled token allocation. Amy said she resigned last year after repeatedly demanding her salary. During that period, she paid out of pocket multiple times for event expenses (including profitable events), and was still owed wages while on a business trip in Abu Dhabi. After resigning, the other party was only willing to pay the remaining amount and token information on the condition that she sign a "termination agreement." Over the past year, some small reimbursements have gradually arrived, but the large outstanding amounts and token allocation remain unresolved.

In addition, she pointed out that the Rove App has been inaccessible for about a year, user assets are locked, and the official promise to "restore it next week" has not been fulfilled. She said she has retained all written evidence and continues to defend her rights through a lawyer, choosing to go public only after a year of private communication yielded no results.
