Investigation Raises Scam Allegations Against InfoFi Project BILL as Token Value Plummets

On-chain detective Specter has raised concerns about the InfoFi project, specifically its Billion (BILL) token, suggesting it may be a scam. The price of the BILL token has reportedly fallen by approximately 97% from its peak value, prompting alarm within the cryptocurrency community.

In the last two months, 17 wallets linked to the InfoFi team have received tokens, leading to the deposit of around 988 million BILL tokens into centralized exchanges (CEX). Additionally, an independent deposit address has transferred 360 million BILL tokens into CEX this week, all originating from the project's multi-signature wallet.

These developments have intensified scrutiny of the InfoFi project, as the significant drop in token value and the large-scale deposits raise questions about the legitimacy of the project and its operations.
