Ondo and Superstate Drive Growth in Tokenized US Treasury Bill Market

Ondo Finance and Superstate have emerged as leaders in the tokenized US Treasury bill market, with significant market cap increases reported over the past week. Ondo added $41.6 million, while Superstate saw an increase of $34.2 million, bringing the total fresh capital influx to approximately $75.8 million for both issuers combined.

The growth period concluded around October 19, 2026, and follows Ondo's recent milestone of surpassing $3 billion in total tokenized US Treasury assets on October 13, 2026. Ondo's flagship product, USDY, contributed over $2.3 billion to this total, making it the leading platform by assets in the tokenized Treasury sector, according to RWA.xyz.

The total market for tokenized US Treasuries was valued between $14.9 billion and $15.5 billion in mid-October 2026, with Ondo's assets representing roughly one-fifth of the sector. Despite this growth, the utilization of tokenized assets within decentralized finance remains low, with estimates suggesting that only 0.4% to 2% are actively deployed in lending markets or liquidity pools.
