      Silvia Sells 124 BTC and Has Repurchased About 14.5% of Outstanding Shares Cumulatively

      PANews reported on September 23, citing Businesswire, that Nasdaq-listed Silvia (SVIA, formerly ProCap Financial) announced it sold 124 BTC and has repurchased a further approximately 2.3% of its issued common shares since September 15, bringing cumulative repurchases to about 14.5% of the shares outstanding at the start of the buyback program. The company said it will continue repurchasing as long as the share price is below net asset value (NAV) per share. As of the September 22 close, Silvia held approximately 5,130 BTC, with 82.881 million shares outstanding and NAV per share of approximately $4.27.
