Liquid Capital Founder Cautions Against Shorting Bitcoin Amid Market Pullback

Yi Lihua, founder of Liquid Capital, has expressed a cautious outlook on Bitcoin's market performance following its recent peak at $86,000. Despite the market's attempts to attract buyers during a pullback, Lihua advises against making speculative trades, emphasizing the importance of patience over seizing every opportunity. He believes that it is better to miss out on potential gains than to risk making a mistake in the current volatile environment.

Lihua maintains his expectation of a pullback in Bitcoin's price but has ruled out shorting the cryptocurrency. He indicated that if Bitcoin were to fall below $82,000, it could test several support levels at $79,000, $75,000, and potentially $71,000. However, he also noted the possibility that Bitcoin might conclude its pullback with fluctuations rather than a significant decline.

Liquid Capital has opted to refrain from trading during this period, choosing not to take long or short positions as the market continues to show uncertainty. Lihua's strategy reflects a broader caution among investors as they navigate the complexities of the current cryptocurrency market.
