Trump Proposes Renaming Artificial Intelligence to 'Super Intelligence'
Former U.S. President Donald Trump has initiated a public vote to rename the term 'artificial intelligence', suggesting alternatives that he believes better capture the essence of the technology. Trump proposed three names: 'Superior Intelligence (SI)', 'Extreme Intelligence (EI)', and 'Supreme Intelligence (SI)', arguing that the current term is neither accurate nor elegant.
In a recent social media post, Trump highlighted that many people share his view on the inadequacy of the term 'artificial intelligence'. He has encouraged public participation by launching a poll to determine which name resonates most with the public. As of the latest update, approximately 2,370 individuals had cast their votes, with the poll set to close in about one day.
