Strategy has expanded its Bitcoin holdings by acquiring 334 BTC for $28.7 million, resulting in an average purchase price of $85,839 per Bitcoin. This latest acquisition brings the company's total Bitcoin holdings to 848,000 BTC, which is valued at approximately $63.97 billion based on the cost of acquisition.
To finance this purchase, Strategy sold 92,894 shares of its own stock, raising $15.7 million. The company anticipates a significant gain from its digital assets, estimating a profit of $20.91 billion for the third quarter of 2026. As of September 30, the carrying value of its Bitcoin holdings is projected to reach $70.82 billion.
