      Catalyst Secures $30 Million in Seed Funding Led by Sequoia Capital

      Catalyst, a self-trading agency platform, announced on October 9, 2026, that it has successfully completed a $30 million seed funding round. The financing was led by Sequoia Capital, with additional participation from firms including Jump, Lux Capital, AntiFund, Selini Capital, and Peak XV Partners, among others.

      The platform is designed to assist users in researching trading ideas, developing optimal strategies, monitoring market events, and executing trades autonomously. Catalyst has already reported generating hundreds of millions in trading volume and has a waiting list of tens of thousands of potential users. The company is also collaborating with partners such as Tempo and Privy.io to enhance the reliability of trade execution and ensure the safety of user funds.

      Catalyst's team comprises founding engineers from notable companies including Scale AI, Palantir, Hudson River Trading, Citadel, and Jump. The platform is currently in a research preview phase, and interested users can apply for early access through its official website.
