Cobo Wallet to Shut Down App Service on December 1, 2026
Cobo Wallet has announced that its App service will officially cease operations on December 1, 2026. Users are required to withdraw all their assets by November 30 at 23:59 to avoid incurring management fees. The company has advised users to update their Cobo Wallet receiving addresses on other platforms to ensure a smooth transition.
Following the closure of the App service, any remaining assets in user accounts will be subject to a monthly management fee. This fee will be calculated at 2% of the asset value, with a minimum charge of 100 USD per month. Users who do not withdraw their assets by the deadline will be deemed to have accepted these terms.
The announcement did not provide specific reasons for the service shutdown, nor did it clarify whether other products or institutional services offered by Cobo will be impacted. Users are encouraged to confirm their on-chain assets and withdrawal settings promptly to avoid complications.
