DeepSeek Launches Open-Source Inference Framework Compatible with Huawei Ascend
DeepSeek has announced the full open-source release of its internal inference framework, DeepInfer, along with the production-level token encoding and decoding component known as deepseek-recipe. This initiative aims to enhance the accessibility and functionality of large-scale inference services, particularly for users of NVIDIA and Huawei Ascend platforms.
DeepInfer is designed to integrate high-performance operators and features a highly optimized inference engine. It supports distributed inference, speculative decoding, SWA Bounded Replay, and structured output. DeepSeek has already implemented these capabilities in its DeepSeek V4.1 Flash service, which is based on DeepInfer, and plans to continue updating the inference code and optimizations for new models in the future.
The deepseek-recipe component is aligned with the processing logic of the DeepSeek official API, ensuring that users in the community experience consistency with the official deployment. Both the open-source repository and a technical report have been released to facilitate user engagement and development.
