Emerald Wealth Partners Invests in Booking Holdings Amid AI Growth Opportunities

Emerald Wealth Partners, an independent asset and wealth management firm located in Zurich, has included Booking Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: BKNG) in its Growth Equity Strategy as part of its Q2 2026 investor letter. The firm reported a net return of 17.5% for the quarter, slightly below the benchmark MSCI World Growth AC, which gained 19.0%. The letter highlighted strong performance driven by sectors such as semiconductors and cybersecurity, while software stocks faced challenges due to concerns over AI disruption.

Booking Holdings, headquartered in Norwalk, Connecticut, is a prominent online travel booking platform. As of September 23, 2026, its shares closed at $155.90, reflecting a decline of 23.04% over the past month and a 30.10% drop over the last year. The company has a market capitalization of $117.14 billion and has traded within a 52-week range of $150.14 to $225.00. Emerald Wealth Partners noted that the management team at Booking Holdings is effectively leveraging AI to drive growth, suggesting a potential for double-digit growth at a moderate valuation.

Despite the addition of Booking Holdings to its portfolio, Emerald Wealth Partners indicated that other AI stocks may present greater upside potential with lower downside risk. The firm also reported a decrease in hedge fund interest in Booking Holdings, with 92 hedge fund portfolios holding the stock at the end of Q2 2026, down from 95 in the previous quarter.
