NEAR Treasury Company SVRN Acquires Infrastructure Platform FastNEAR
PANews reported on October 10 that, according to an official announcement, SVRN, a NEAR treasury company, has completed the acquisition of FastNEAR, a NEAR infrastructure platform. Following the transaction, FastNEAR becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of SVRN, and its co-founders Evgeny (Eugene) Kuzyakov and Mike Purvis have also joined the SVRN team.
Public information shows that FastNEAR is a high-performance RPC infrastructure service provider supporting the operation of NEAR applications, while also providing underlying support for most of NEAR's data layer. Its business covers server clusters handling network read/write operations, archival infrastructure preserving complete transaction history, and NEARDATA, a historical data processing data source for developers.
