Robinhood to explore launching stock tokens tied to actively managed ETFs on Robinhood Chain

PANews reported on October 10 that Robinhood Crypto announced on X that it is exploring with T. Rowe Price Digital Assets, a global asset management giant with $1.9 trillion in assets under management, the launch of stock tokens tied to actively managed ETFs on Robinhood Chain.

Robinhood Crypto added that if the project succeeds, it could become the first stock token of its kind, while emphasizing that the relevant collaboration is still in the exploratory stage, and that the launch of any potential product would require completing legal due diligence, obtaining approval from the issuer's board of directors, announcing final terms, and securing regulatory approval in the relevant jurisdictions. There is currently no guarantee that the collaboration will proceed or that the relevant product will ultimately be launched, and its specific form, timing, and applicable regions have not yet been determined.
