Qianwen to Launch Cloud-Based Personal Agent 'Qianwen Go!'

Qianwen, a Chinese technology company, is set to introduce its new Personal Agent product named 'Qianwen Go!' designed to facilitate cloud-based task delegation. The product has been showcased in user-shared experience videos, demonstrating its ability to access flight booking platforms to identify delayed flights and negotiate with customer service for cash compensation, reportedly securing amounts like 70 yuan for users. Additionally, it can assist in recovering price differences on orders from Taobao, achieving savings of up to 52 yuan.

The 'Qianwen Go!' product is built on an upgraded Agent architecture that expands its service capabilities. It is designed to manage tasks that involve repeated checking, communication, and comparison. Initial applications include scheduling car maintenance appointments, booking sports venues, and calculating the final price of appliances by factoring in subsidies and installation costs. Notably, the product operates in a cloud environment, allowing it to continue functioning even when the user closes the app, adapting its actions based on real-time results.

Research from Bank of America indicates that the Agent enhances the efficiency of task completion and purchasing processes, which is anticipated to boost overall online activity. Furthermore, Morgan Stanley projects that the market for personal-oriented consumer AI in China could reach approximately 300 billion yuan by 2030, with potential growth to 1.6 trillion yuan by 2040, primarily driven by advertising and transaction commissions.
