      SoftBank-backed DayOne data center plans US IPO to raise up to $5 billion (Jin10 Data APP)

      PANews, October 6 - According to Reuters, people familiar with the matter revealed that SoftBank-backed DayOne data center plans to raise up to $5 billion in a U.S. initial public offering (IPO), and DayOne plans to list American depositary shares (ADS) on Nasdaq by the end of this year at the latest. The company filed its IPO prospectus with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday. According to documents filed with the SEC, DayOne is headquartered in Singapore, and its revenue in the first half of this year grew more than threefold year-on-year to $512 million; its net loss widened from $13.5 million to $81.9 million over the same period.
