Gate US Joins Open Standard, Working with 200+ Institutions to Advance Stablecoin Ecosystem Interoperability

PANews, October 15 — Gate US recently announced it has officially joined Open Standard, working with more than 200 partners across the payments, banking, technology, and crypto industries to advance the development of the stablecoin ecosystem. Open Standard brings together industry institutions such as Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, Coinbase, and Shopify, and is committed to promoting open, interoperable stablecoin infrastructure through industry collaboration.

As the role of stablecoins in payments and capital flows becomes increasingly prominent, open and interconnected infrastructure will serve as an important foundation for driving their broader adoption. Gate US believes that the next stage of development for the digital asset economy depends on collaboration among all industry participants. Currently, Gate US holds 37 state money transmitter licenses (MTLs), with services covering 47 U.S. states and territories. Joining Open Standard not only reflects Gate US's emphasis on industry collaboration and ecosystem development, but also creates new opportunities for it to participate in building a more interconnected stablecoin ecosystem.
