Citi Research: Aave Poised to Become Collateral Mobility Infrastructure for Tokenized Capital Markets

PANews, October 20 — According to the latest Citi research shared by Aave, viewing Aave merely as a crypto-native lending protocol is no longer sufficient. As tokenized assets, stablecoins, and institutional participation gradually enter mainstream finance, products such as Aave V4, Horizon, and GHO are driving its evolution into decentralized collateral mobility infrastructure. The report notes that tokenization addresses the question of how assets come on-chain, while protocols like Aave can further support the collateralization, financing, and liquidity allocation of these assets — collateral mobility may become one of the most important use cases of tokenization.
