Shanghai Solana Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. Registered with Du Yanjing as Legal Representative

Shanghai Solana Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. has been officially registered, with a registered capital of 5 million yuan. The company was established in June 2026, and Claire Du, who is also the co-head of Solana China, serves as the legal representative.

In addition to this development, Shanghai Yaokun Qiusuo Digital Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in August 2026, boasting a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Shanghai Solana Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. holds a 45% stake in Yaokun Qiusuo, which is chaired by Even Jiang, the co-head of the Solana Foundation in China. Claire Du also holds a director position in Yaokun Qiusuo.

Yaokun Qiusuo is involved in various technical services, including development, consulting, and information technology services. It also engages in business management and financial consulting, along with internet data services and technology transfer. While the name 'Solana' is associated with these enterprises, there is currently no evidence of ownership linking them to the Solana Foundation. Recently, members of the Solana team shared images of their new office in Shanghai, marking a significant step in their operations in China.
