A7 International Launches USDT Cross-Border Payment Services

A7 International, a payment service established by Bank PSB in Russia, is set to launch its USDT cross-border payment services on October 13, 2026. This service is designed primarily for foreign trade operators, although individuals will also have access to it, with a fixed transaction fee of 0.3%. Users will be able to pay invoices in foreign currency using USDT, with funds subsequently converted to the desired currency through standard SWIFT bank transfers.

The launch event will feature Petr Fradkov, Chairman of PJSC Bank PSB, and Ilan Shor, CEO of A7, who will introduce the new product at 13:13 local time. A7 International aims to enhance international trade payments and settlements, having been established in 2024 with the backing of PSB Bank. The company is working on building a payment infrastructure that spans over 100 countries.

Currently, A7 serves approximately 15,000 clients and processes around 2,000 transactions daily. By 2025, it is projected that about 19% of cross-border trade settlements for Russian companies will be handled by A7. In recognition of its financial stability, A7 received an AA(RU) credit rating with a stable outlook from the Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) in October 2025.
