Binance to Shut Down Mining Pool and Related Services on November 10, 2026
Binance, a major cryptocurrency exchange, has announced the closure of its mining pool and associated services, effective November 10, 2026, at 07:00 UTC. This decision, revealed on October 13, 2026, requires miners to transition their operations to a different pool before the deadline, as any hashrate submitted to Binance Pool after this cutoff will not be credited.
The shutdown encompasses not only the Binance Pool but also several related services, including Pool Savings, Cloud Mining, and the Transaction Accelerator. Additionally, support tools such as Telegram hashrate alerts, email notifications, and mining pool APIs will be discontinued. Users will have until November 24, 2026, to access historical data and account records on the Binance Pool webpage before it is permanently taken offline.
This closure comes amid recent regulatory changes affecting Binance's operations in Brazil, where access to certain services, including Binance Pool, will be restricted starting October 27, 2026. While Binance has not explicitly linked the global pool closure to these Brazilian regulations, the timing suggests a broader strategy in response to compliance requirements. Miners utilizing Binance Pool will need to adapt quickly, ensuring they switch to alternative pools and manage their mining configurations accordingly.
